Dixieland Delight

We had a great time in Oxford yesterday despite the Rebels' loss.  Hopefully they can pull it together before we start SEC play.  Avery loved cheering with the cheerleaders and her new little friend Campbell that she met at the game. John Parker loved the snacks---nachos, chips, skittles, soft pretzel, cotton candy---and that's just at the game!!  We always love tailgating with the Dancers and Macks.  It's great to have such good friends to make memories with. Avery kept saying, "I sure do love Ole Miss Mama."  I do too Av, even when they don't play so well!!  GO REBS GO!

Back to Cool!

The kids started back to school on Monday.  This is Avery's 1st year at "big school" and she is very excited!  She loves her new teacher and being at St. Anthony with John Parker.  I hope they always feel that way about going to school! 

~Home of the Braves~

We had a great 4th of July Weekend.  Sunday we went to David and Ashley's house for Supper Club.  The kids had a great time playing outside on the water slide.  Sunday, we left or Atlanta to see the Braves play the Rockies.  Despite the rain, it was a great game and the Braves won.  The kids really loved it and didn't want to leave.  John Parker was very excited about his first ride in a taxi.  Baseball, hotdogs and fireworks--all on the 4th of July!!!
